Construction Inspection

Hirani provides construction oversight through construction inspection and supervision services.
Our experience includes roads, bridges, rail and transportation centers, sanitary sewers, water mains, waste water treatment facilities, parks and recreation, hazardous materials abatement, and water front construction.

Our inspectors are certified by the National Institute for the Certification of Engineering Technologies (NICET), and NICET certified inspectors have demonstrated their experience and training by meeting the standards established for construction inspection. Our inspectors are also experienced in the use of Manual for Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) to ensure that traffic control measures comply with applicable regulations.

Our land surveyors can also verify line and grade, provide record plan surveys, measure earthwork and stockpile quantities, prepare control reports, and certify right-of-way markers.

Inspectors also have certifications and training for field testing by the American Concrete Institute, OSHA Construction Safety Training, Traffic Safety Training, and Hazardous Waste. Services provided by Hirani for construction inspection and supervision include:
