Hirani's Construction Management Division staff manages the construction of a wide variety of facilities for its clients: educational and municipal facilities, health care facilities, criminal justice, wastewater treatment plants, bridges, highways, housing projects, and commercial.Our services are delivered as Construction Manager Agent of the Owner, Design-Build, Guaranteed Maximum Price, Cost Plus CM, and General Contracting.

History
Hirani Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. (doing business as The Hirani Group), based in Jericho, New York, was formed in 1991 by Jitendra Hirani, P.E. The firm's initial focus was on providing services in design, land surveying and construction supervision for transportation infrastructure. The firm has grown to revenues exceeding $10 million in professional service fees annually. Hirani continues to strengthen its presence in the New York Metropolitan area. The firm maintains status as a Minority Business Enterprise. The firm is also a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise for Construction Management Services.
Today the firm's market sectors include transportation (highway, bridge, and rail infrastructure); building and facility projects inclusive of schools and colleges, medical care, housing, waste water treatment, commercial and site development; and municipal engineering.
